Formula of Victory
Team: Adelia Baitikova, Begimai Nuralieva, Ademi Muratova
Advisor: Aizhamal Izabekova
Project: Strategic Resource Allocation for Large-Scale Wildlife Protection
The team developed a strategic resource allocation model that prioritises zones by threat level and conservation value rather than uniform coverage. Their framework integrates human patrols with monitoring technology and response speed, and uses a quantitative protection index to determine the most rational distribution of assets and minimum personnel.
